Return and Exchange policy

All Purchases must be returned in its original new, unused, unwashed, unaltered and all tags must be attached, packaged, and in resale condition for exchange credit.  Tampering voids the exchange policy and if the hair has signs of tampering we will return the hair back to you. We also require original receipt back. We will not exchange without original receipt.  You will receive an invoice via email and also a receipt located in the purchase package. We will need the receipt inside the packaging before we issue a exchange credit.

 We will only exchange 1 time. Please contact us at [email protected] and we will forward you exchange instructions. 

Please contact She's All That  before sending items for exchange. She's All That will not accept exchanges without prior knowledge of exchange.

We recommend that you send your package via US Postal Insured Priority Mail as we are not responsible for lost packages. We recommend using a tracking method when shipping back hair.

Exchange credit will be processed between 2-5 days. If you know what you will like to exchange for we recommend that you advise us before returning the hair. We will process your exchange and new order all at once. During sales we do not offer exchanges. All sales are final.


When ordering please ensure the correct shipping address is provided. She's All That will apply a $10.00 fee to resend packages caused by customer error.
